Exclusions: Billing or insurance matters, financial or payment disputes, employment disputes, and case management are excluded. JCI does not represent any individual or become involved in legal matters or disputes. We do not have jurisdiction over the hiring or termination of employees. JCI has no authority over its staff translators or interpreters. We also have no influence over the confirmation of course completion or the provision of references for employment applications.
